چکیده

At this work we synthesized electrospun titanium oxide (TiO2) and nitrogen-doped (N-doped TiO2) for producing hydrogen (H2) in the same time pollutant removal from waste water by photocatalytic oxidation at room contitions. We use isopropoxide (TiP)/polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) solution to prepare dispersed polymer nanofibers sol–gel processing electrospinning techniques. TiO2 is a very effective brillant photocatalyst treatment, but it has drawbacks like absorbing UV light fast backward reaction recombination between electrons generated holes pairs, there are much effort been devoted overcome its problems, doping with metals non-metals. Advantage of N-doped nano fiber expanded utilization large part solar spectrum. This might be useful environmental energy applications, such as degradation organic pollutants, cells, sensors, splitting reactions. The activity was carried out dye water-splitting produce H2 treatment using mercury irradiation. The Nitrogen, which should improve electronic properties, leading activation under visible irradiation.several characterization techniques employed studying surface morphology, phase structure, binding N-TiO2 (Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometry, transmission microscope).

Hydrogen Sensing with Ni-Doped TiO2 Nanotubes

Doping with other elements is one of the efficient ways to modify the physical and chemical properties of TiO2 nanomaterials. In the present work, Ni-doped TiO2 nanotubes were fabricated through anodic oxidation of NiTi alloy and further annealing treatment. The hydrogen sensing properties of the nanotube sensor were investigated. It was found that the Ni-doped TiO2 nanotubes were sensitive to ...

Release of TiO2 from paints containing pigment-TiO2 or nano-TiO2 by weathering.

The release of nanomaterials from products and applications that are used by industry and consumers has only been studied to a very limited extent. The amount and the characteristics of the released particles determine the potential environmental exposure. In this work we investigated the release of Ti from paints containing pigment-TiO2 and nano-TiO2. Panels covered with paint with and without...

Removal of Cerium from Aqueous Solutions by Amino Phosphate Modified Nano TiO2: Kinetic, and Equilibrium Studies

Adsorption of Ce(III) from aqueous solution by amino phosphate modified nano TiO2 was investigated. Effects of pH of solution, adsorbent dose, contact time, initial metal concentration and temperature were examined. Experimental data were fitted well by the pseudo second order model. Adsorption was well described by Freundlich isotherm model with a maximum adsorption capacity of 25 mg g-1. Acco...
